Culture, art, and science come together during this delicious and decadent weekend. Create authentic fillings and sauces with fresh herbs collected from the culinary garden while learning the techniques and tricks of fluffy dreamlike pasta like Pappardelle, Tortellini, Triangoli, and gnocchi di Ricotta. Enjoy the fresh air while making classic Italian pizza in our wood-fired brick oven, and become fluent in regional Italian wines over traditional antipasti.
