Immerse your senses in fine dining farm-to-fork experiences. Spectacular multi course meals are thoughtfully crafted by Chef James Porter to combine the seasonal bounty with Arizona’s artisans and global culinary techniques. These memorable dining moments are best enjoyed under the stars by candle light or in the Manor’s two intimate dining rooms with expansive farm views. 

Your stay at TERRA includes all meals and libations enjoyed in our shared indoor or outdoor dining areas, or as a picnic setting. There is no dress code as we’d like our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Menus are prefixed to highlight the seasonality of the farm and local area.

 

Breakfast

After rising and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee or tea, join us on the breakfast patio for a nourishing breakfast featuring farm fresh eggs, TERRA heritage Iberico bacon, fruit, and artisanal breads and pastries to get a jump start on your day. 

Lunch

Our mid day meal can take many forms, such as a halibut en Pappillote with a fresh baguette or a freshly harvested garden salad paired with selected wines. Lunch may be enjoyed in one of our indoor or outdoor dining areas or as a picnic. 

Hors ‘dourves Hour

Enjoy a magical Arizona sunset in the Culinary Courtyard with oysters and champagne. Or, sit in a rocking chair on our front porch to savor Terra Heritage charcuteries and a farm-inspired cocktail. We love this opportunity to sample unique artisanal flavors locally and from around the world.

Dinner

Join us around a candle lit table in our intimate dining room, or under millions of stars while the Chef tells stories and cooks live over the flame. Multi-course menus may feature our heritage Tajima Waygu beef or the fresh harvest from the day along with thoughtfully paired wines for an elevated farm-to-table dining experience every meal.
