Chef James Porter will show off the abundance of autumn beginning with guest daybreak garden harvests. Inspired by the morning yield, Chef Porter will plan the menu and classes that day. Cooking classes will highlight the special characteristics of each ingredient in appetizer, main, and dessert courses.
