The illustrious James Beard once said “Good bread is the fundamentally satisfying of all foods”. Guests at this special weekend will share the joy of bread making with a World Class Master Baker. Multi-award winner MJ Coe will demystify true bread baking techniques, and share his secrets to english muffins, bagels, croissants and his own inspired creations. Bread pairings, from simple to complex butters, spreads, olive oils and cheeses will also be included as part of this delightful instruction. This utterly unique experience is open to all levels, and will unlock guests’ appetites to a new passion that is difficult to shake.
