Classes in the Cookery will focus of the finer flavors in life with instruction on how to create celebratory dishes with ease and finesse. To wash it down, guests will enjoy a dazzling Bubbles Tasting Class including some of the best tasting Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, and Sparkling Wines. The weekend will culminate with an alfresco dinner by the fields on Saturday night, illuminated by a stunning Hot Air Balloon Glow. Indeed, opening weekend at the farm will be spectacular.
